氟达拉滨引起自身免疫性溶血性贫血三例及文献复习 被引量：3

摘要 氟达拉滨是一种嘌呤类似物，由于它对淋巴细胞具有一定的选择性，尤其在惰性淋巴瘤治疗方面具有较好的疗效，目前已被用于惰性淋巴瘤的一线治疗。
