布地奈德对支气管哮喘豚鼠神经生长因子表达和白细胞介素-1β水平的影响

摘要 支气管哮喘(以下简称哮喘)是一种由多种细胞和细胞因子参与发挥作用的气道炎症性疾病,其发病机制目前尚未完全明确。有研究显示,神经生长因子(NGF)作为神经系统和免疫系统的桥梁参与了哮喘发病的气道炎症过程。肺泡巨噬细胞(AMs)广泛分布于支气管-肺泡表面,是许多免疫及炎症反应的始动环节。目前发现在AMs中有NGF表达,且激活的AMs是IL-1β的主要来源。糖皮质激素(以下简称激素)是目前治疗哮喘行之有效的药物之一,它可作用于哮喘发病的多个环节。本研究旨在观察哮喘豚鼠AMs中NGF蛋白表达及支气管肺泡灌洗液(BALF)中IL-1β水平的变化,及激素对其的影响。
