摘要 目的探讨釉基质蛋白对大鼠骨髓基质细胞合成非胶原蛋白的影响。方法采用全骨髓法培养大鼠骨髓基质细胞,通过免疫细胞化学和图像分析方法观察釉基质蛋白对骨髓基质细胞合成骨桥蛋白、骨涎蛋白的影响。结果实验组非胶原蛋白合成明显强于对照组。结论一定浓度的釉基质蛋白可以有效促进骨桥蛋白、骨涎蛋白的合成。 Objective To study the effects of enamel matrix proteins on synthesis of OPN and BSP of SD rat MSCs. Methods The bone marrow of tibia and fibula of SD rats was drawn to gain MSCs, and the cell cions were cultured under the standard culture condition. Immunohistochemistry stain was used to investigate the synthesis ability of rMSCs of OPN and BSP. The results of stain were analysed with HPIAS-1000 color image analysis system. Results Synthesis of OPN and BSP by rMSCs under the action of EMPs was significantly more than that of the control group( P 〈 0.05). Time also had some effects on the courses. Conclusion EMPs at certain concentrations have the ability to promote synthesis of OPN and BSP of SD rat MSCs.
