摘要
目的探讨恒牙列初期安氏Ⅱ类2分类错[牙合]男、女患者的颅面硬组织特征。方法选取30例恒牙列初期安氏Ⅱ类2分类错[牙合]患者,男女各15例,11-13岁,平均年龄12.36岁,利用计算机X线头影测量系统对其进行头影测量分析。结果与正常均值比较,恒牙列初期安氏Ⅱ类2分类错[牙合]男、女患者的SNB、SL、上颌长度、下颌体长度、Co—Go、N—Me、N-ANS、ANS—Me、UI-NA(mm)、U1-NA、L1-NB(Inln)、L1一NB减小,ANB、UI—L1增大。且差异有统计学意义。结论恒牙列初期安氏Ⅱ类2分类患者颅面硬组织的主要结构特征是下颌位置靠后且水平向、垂直向发育不足,颅面垂直高度减小,提示我们对安氏Ⅱ类2分类患者应早期治疗,以促进下颌水平向、垂直向的生长发育。对于恒牙列初期安氏Ⅱ类2分类男性患者,改变下颌旋转方向,使下颌顺时针旋转,利于深覆[牙合]的矫治和面部比例的改善。
Objective The purpose of the study was to analyse and compare with the male and femal of craniofacial hard tissue of ClassⅡ, division 2 malocclusion of early permanent teeth. Methods The skeletal and dentoalveolar cephalometric characteristics of 30 Class Ⅱ, division 2 patients (15 girls and 15 boys) with a mean age of 12.36 years were described by using computer. Results Compared with the normal occlusion , the results showed that SNB,SL,Co - A,Co - Gn, Co - Go, N - Me, N - ANS,ANS - Me,U1 - NA,U1 - NA(mm) ,L1 - NB ,L1 - NB(ram) were decreased and ANB, U1 - L1 was increased and the difference was significant. Conclusion The major structural features of ClassⅡ, division 2 malocclusion is posterior mandibular position and mandibular deficiency and craniofacial vertical height decreased.
