胚胎免疫火鸡疱疹病毒后鸡淋巴器官的超微结构观察 被引量:3

摘要 用火鸡疱疹病毒(HVT)疫苗对孵化至18日龄的鸡胚胎进行免疫注射。超微结构观察显示,18日龄胚胎免疫鸡出壳后对淋巴器官的早期发育具有明显的免疫促进作用;而鸡马立克氏病毒(MDV)攻毒试验的结果则表明,非免疫鸡出现较明显的淋巴样细胞的退行性变化。 Chicken embryoes of 18 dayold were vaccinated with turkey herpes virus (HVT). The results showed that embryonic vaccination with HVT was obviously helpful for the activity of chicken lymph organs at the final embryonation period. Retrogression of lymphoid cells, however, was obvious in unvaccinated chickens when challenged with Marek′s disease virus.
