数字城市建设的理论分析与构想

在新的世纪里,信息化的浪潮一浪高过一浪,一个地区信息化的程度已经成为衡量其社会经济发展水平和文明发达程度的重要标志。衡阳作为一个具有很大发展潜力的城市,建设数字衡阳是必须的也是十分必要的。以数字城市的基础理论为起点,探讨了建设数字衡阳的若干问题,即建设数字衡阳的总体框架、核心支撑技术、保障体系等重要内容。最后,提出了建设数字衡阳测绘行业需做的几项工作和建设数字衡阳的几个重点工程。可以预测数字衡阳的建设将会极大地提高衡阳市的信息化水平,改善衡阳市的社会经济发展环境,促进其国民经济的可持续发展。

In the new century, the tidc of information construction is becoming more and more popular.The degree of information con-truction in one has become the most important mark of the level of society , economy and curture deveropment. As a potentiar city in deveopment, it is very indispensable and necessary to construct digital Hengyang. Based on the fundamental theory of digital city, many important problems such as the general frame , the key technique, the safeguard system were discussed in this paper. At last , it put forward some important projects during the information construction.
