本文以长沙市开福区棚户区改造为例,对棚户区改造中原有工矿企业发展滞后,拆迁难度大,困难住户改造后引发第二轮住房需要等问题进行了分析,从而进一步强化领导与责任,做到资源整合与统筹规划,依法依规拆迁,对困难住户加强住房保障等方面提出了建议。

This article takes Changsha Kaifu district shantytown transformation as an example, discusses the laggard factory and mine industry there, the difficulty of migration and the second housing problems of them, puts forward suggestions about to strengthen leadership and responsibility, to conform resource and plan as a whole, and to strengthen house safeguard for migrations, etc.
