髋-脊柱综合征：髋关节发育不良诊治中不容忽视的问题 被引量：5

摘要 髋关节发育不良（developmental dysplasia of the hip，DDH）是关节外科最常见的复杂疾病之一，其病理解剖及生物力学变化主要表现在髋臼缺损、股骨头发育不良及头臼的非同心对位关系。股骨头的不良覆盖以及髋臼的异常对位，可造成该部位机械应力改变，最终导致髋关节功能减退。患者在青少年时期就会发生骨关节炎，晚期多因疼痛、跛行等原因就诊。除髋部症状以外，患者常合并行走时腰骶部疼痛，卧床时症状减轻或消失，
