摘要
由于心肺转流导致血液稀释、血小板破坏以及体温变化、大量凝血因子消耗等，心脏手术易发生严重出血，导致输血量增加，术后并发症和死亡率升高。临床医生因此积极寻找各种减少出血的策略和措施。重组活化凝血因子Ⅶ（recombinant activated factorⅦ，rFⅦa）最初作为血友病患者的止血剂应用于临床，近年来也用于心血管手术中一些常规治疗效果不佳、难以控制的出血，取得了满意的止血效果，国内亦开始有所应用。
