摘要
黄甜竹笋期为3月下旬至5月上旬.出笋数随时间变化呈“少-多-少”趋势,幼竹高生长遵循逻辑斯蒂曲线.退笋的主要原因是母竹营养的供应不足.前期笋成竹率高,但成竹质量较差,盛期笋成竹率次之,而成竹质量好,末期笋退笋率高,成竹质量也差,不宜留养,新竹的留养应以盛期笋为好.
Acidosasa edulis starts shooting in late-March and ends in Early-May, lasting about 45 days.The whole shooting period can be subdivided into three stages: early stage (about in Late March), middle stage (flourishing stage, from Early-April to Middle-April) and late stage (from Late-April to Early-May).The shoots in early stage have high survival rate but culm poorly, the shoots in late stage have high degradation rate and culm poorly, so the shoots in middle stage are fit for remaining as mother bamboo. The heightgrowth of young culm follows Logistic curve.
