差示分光光度法测定杜仲叶提取液中绿原酸的含量

Determination of Chlorogenic Acid in the Decoction of Eucommia Ulmoides Leaves by Difference Spectrophotometry

目的对杜仲叶提取液中的绿原酸进行含量测定。方法采用差示分光光度法。结果该试验所建立的分析方法有较好的重现性和稳定性,测定方法的平均回收率为100.41%,RSD=1.5%。结论该方法简便、快速、准确、重现性好。

Objective To establish a method for determination of chlorogenic acid in the decoction of eucommia ulmoides leaves. Methods Difference spectrophotometry was used. Results The methodological evaluation shows that this method has good reproducibility and stability, the average recovery was 100.41% and RSD was 1.5%. Conclusion This method is simple, quick, accurate and with good reproducibility.
