摘要
目的:探讨磁共振成像(Magnetic Resonance Imaging,MRI)温度图(Temperature-Map,T-Map)监控高强度聚焦超声(High intensity focused ultrasound,HIFU)热消融活体动物的可行性。方法:对10只活体南疆黄羊大腿肌肉行体外定点HIFU辐照,辐照过程中以MRI T-Map监控靶区温度变化,比较T-Map与组织实际损伤区域的一致性。结果:磁共振导航HIFU治疗系统热消融正常羊大腿肌肉组织,形成肉眼可见的损伤。T-Map在辐照过程中温度呈现逐渐升高至辐照结束即刻达峰值后又逐渐下降的规律变化,且辐照结束即刻图中红色范围(60℃~110℃)与实际组织损伤范围一致(P>0.05)。结论:初步验证了MRI T-Map监控HIFU热消融活体动物肌肉组织是可行的。
Objective:To explore the feasibility of the treatment system of Magnetic resonance imaging guided high intensity focused ultrasound. Methods:MR Imaging guided HIFU thermocoagulation was carried out in muscular tissues of southern xinjiang mongolian gazelle.The target tissues' histological changes were examined in comparison with normal.Meanwhile,the relationship between the adscendent temperature in T-Map and practical necrosis was compared. Results:Macroscopic damages could be made in normal goat leg muscular tissue.During HIFU,T-Map showed a dynamic regularity ,and the temperature of focus went up expeditiously.At the end of the treatment,the temperature reached its peak value.Immediately,it descended to foundational temperature fleetly. And just at the end of treatment,a correlation existed between red region (60℃- 110℃ )and tissue necrosis(P〉0.05). Conclusion:The treatment system of MR Imaging guided HIFU is feasible and effective.
