综合叙述了近年来国内外有关西瓜抗枯萎病机理研究和抗性遗传的报道，其中着重阐述了西瓜枯萎病菌的专化性及其生理小种的种类，并提出了一系列综合防治措施，以期对西瓜的生产、研究有一定的参考价值。

The article summarized the reports on the mechanism of the resistance of watemelon to Fusarium oxysporum f.sp. nevium and the resistant inheritance,which has been published in recent years all over the world. The specislization in F. oxysporum and physiological races are described emphatically. A series of comprehensive measures of prevention and cure are put forward, offering reference to the production and study of the watemelon.
