摘要
针对轴类零件在车床或磨床上切削加工过程中,常以两轴端中心孔为定位基准,采用单爪拨盘传动,加工外圆表面的工艺情况,运用解析法,综合机床刚度分析研究单侧传动力对加工精度的影响,得出传动力对加工表面形状精度产生系统误差的变化规律,为机械加工精度单因素分析以及消除误差影响因素方法提供理论参考依据。
In machining axial parts on a lathe or grinding machine the centre hole in both side of the axle is often used as a location base. According to the present technological conditions of maching the surface of the outside circle by single side transmission, using the analytic method, the authors have analysed the rigidity of machine tool and the influnce of single side transmission to the machining precision. We have concluded the changinglaw of the precision of the machined surface influnced by the transmission force. This provides the theoretical foundation for the single-factor analysis of machining precision and for the measures to remove the influncing factors in errors.
