摘要
归因训练(attribution training)以认知行为疗法为核心,现已被广泛应用于认知行为治疗和学校干预。本文主要从社会心理学、认知心理学、发展心理学和临床心理学的文献中挖掘归因训练的理论基础,从归因训练的三种模式出发讨论了其在心理治疗领域中的应用,并详细阐述了归因训练各种形式的实践应用,最后对该领域未来的研究走向进行了展望。
Attribution Training is a technique that has been widely used in cognitive-behavioral therapies and school-based interventions, and it is based on the cognitive-behavioral therapy theory. This paper mainly reviewed the foundations of attribution training from social psychology, cognitive psychology, developmental psychology and clinical psychology. That be discussed its applications based on the three patterns of attribution training, and elaborated its various practices and its future directions at the end.
