摘要
介绍了在线静态电压稳定预警与预防控制系统的功能框架、算法特点和应用效果。应用最小奇异值和改进连续潮流算法在线计算电网的稳定指标,实时监视分区及全网的负荷裕度和重要联络断面的功率传输极限,并给出预警级别提示;应用分布式计算架构实现了一个高性能的故障筛选子系统,对于较严重故障能够给出预防控制策略。该系统可与自动电压控制系统集成,保证了控制后电网的电压稳定。在华北网调和江西省网的应用效果证明了系统的有效性。
The functional framework, algorithm characteristics and app/ication effect of an on-fine early warning and preventive control system for static voltage stability are presented. By applying minimum singular value and improved continuous power flow algorithm the on-line calculation of stability indices, the real-time monitoring of the load margin of regional power network and whole grid and the power transmission limits of key tie-lines are implemented, as well as prompting of early warning level; a high-performance contingency screening subsystem is realized by disWibuted calculation architecture, thus a preventive control strategy for severe fault can be offered. The presented system can be integrated with automatic voltage control (AVC) system to ensure the voltage statbility of power grid after the control. The numerical test results of the presented system in dispatching center of North China power grid and Jiangxi provincial power grid show that this on-line early warning and preventive control system is effective.
