摘要 针对协同制造执行平台集成内容与集成对象的多样性和复杂性,分析了协同制造执行平台对动态快速集成、统一的集成模式、支持相关的集成标准、支持语义和松散耦合的集成方式等的需求,建立了一种基于语义的协同制造执行平台集成框架,以实现集成对象松散耦合的按需集成;在此基础上,建立了集成对象的语义描述模型,采用语义Web服务描述本体OWL-S对集成对象进行了语义建模,并对制造企业内部语义集成及跨企业制造过程语义集成的相关技术进行了研究。研究成果在某柴油机部套产品生产企业协同制造执行平台上得到了应用,取得了较好的应用效果。 According to the diversity and complexity characteristics of the integration object of collaborative manufacturing execution platform (CMEP), this paper analyzed the requirements of the dynamic and fast integration method, the unified integration mode, the related integration standard supporting, the semantic supporting and loosely coupled integration method of CMEP. On the basis of above, this paper proposed a kind of semantic--based integration framework for CMEP to realize integration on--demand, and had an analysis on the components of system integration framework. The integration objects such as information, function, process etc, were semantic described in a unified model and were realized by OWL--S, a semantic web services ontology description language. Based on above research, this paper had a deep research on the realization technologies on the semantic integration in the manufacturing enterprise and extended manufacturing enterprises in the manufacturing process. The proposed studies are applied in the CMEP of a certain enterprise producing assemblies for diesel engine with satisfactory results.
