Concept and Framework of Public Service Process Optimization Based on IT Application

流程优化问题是影响公共服务部门绩效的重要因素,流程优化也由此成为公共服务部门以及理论界越来越关心的课题。本文试图从厘清公共服务流程优化的概念入手,在拓展商业领域流程优化的阶段一任务模型的基础上,提出公共服务流程的优化框架。

Process optimization is one of the vital factors influencing public service sectors＇ performance, thus being a subject drawing more and more attention from public service sectors and the theoretical field. This paper starts from clarifying the basic concepts of public service process optimization, to propose an optimization framework for public service process based on expanding the stage-activity model in business field.
