河南省农民增收存在的问题及对策思考

2004年以来,河南省农民增收打破了前几年增长缓慢的格局,进入新的较快增长期,同时也意味着进一步增收的难度加大,究其根源是因为长期以来制约河南农民增收的诸多难点并未得以根本解决。要在前几年增收的基础上解决持续增收问题,应建立和完善稳定增收的长效机制。

Summary Since 2004, the peasant＇s increas ing revenue in Henan Province has broken the slow growth structure and entered a new quick increase period, that is to say, the difficulty of increasing revenue is redoubling. The origin cause is that many restrictions on increasing revenue weren＇t solved completely recent years. Therefore, in order to solve the sustained question about increasing revenue based on the experience of the last years , we should establish and perfect the steady effective mechanism on increasing revenue.
