通过对外开放,后发地区得以引进国外先进技术和管理经验,实现科技进步从而促进经济增长。基于河南省时序数据的分析表明,对外开放、资本、劳动等要素和经济发展水平之间存在着长期稳定的协整关系。实施开放带动主战略有利于河南经济实现跨越式发展。

The subsequent development area obsorb the foreign advanced technologies and management experience, and further realize scientific and technological progress in order to promote economic growth on the basis of opening to outside world. The empirical analysis of economic growth in Henan province turned out to be that there is a stable cointegrating relationship among capital, labor and opening to the outside world. The driven strategy of opening to the outside world could lead to the leaps and bounds of economic in Henan province.
