摘要
本文针对劳动密集型企业的特点,分析了劳动力短缺给其带来招工难和成本上升的不利影响。最后从人力资源管理、培养自主创新能力和"外迁"策略等方面提出了一些有现实借鉴意义的观点和措施。
This article is focused on analysing the negative effects on the difficulty of recruitment and costs rising, which are attributed to the labor shortage. At last, it advances a few of viewpoints and measures with practical significance from the aspects of human resouces management, fostering the ability of independent innovation, "relocation" strategy, etc.
