知识产权保护下的技术霸权及其防范

Technology super power and its prevention under protection of intellectual property

随着技术的进步和全球化进程的加速,世界上个别发达国家在知识产权保护的形式下,将技术垄断发展成了超越国界的带有剥削性质的技术霸权。文章分析了技术霸权的实质、作用、影响和对发展中国家的剥削,提出了防范技术霸权的对策。

With advances in technology and acceleration in the process of globalization, the consciousness of intellectual property protection is continually in the growing. For a few developed countries, technological monopoly becomes their technological hegemony with a cross-border exploitation nature under the intellectual property protection. The essence, role and influence of technological hegemony under the protection of intellectual property rights are analyzed in this paper. In view of the exploitation of developing countries by a few technological hegemony countries in the technical development, some vigilance and prevention countermeasures of technological hegemony are put forward.
