摘要
马尾松花粉是一开发潜力很大的保健品。我国南方马尾松花粉的开发利用由于生气候条件和采集期短的限制而未能开展。研究表明:马尾松花粉处理过程中雄球花样品产生霉变主要是由于危害雄球花的害虫引起,处理过程中在保证环境卫生的同时及时剔除个别感菌体,霉变可得以控制;处理方法不同的雄球花样品,其抗霉力及出粉率差异极为显著;来自不同母株及成熟度不同的样品,其抗霉力及出粉率亦有明显区别。
ABSTRACT The pollen of masson pine is a health food with a good marketing potential;however,mouldiness is easy to occur when the pollen is processed.Sample analysis indicatedthat the mould was caused by male flowers that have been damaged by certain insect pests.Itwas found that mouldiness could be checked by getting rid of the infected trees as well asmaintaining a sanitary working environment.The male flower samples varied markedly withtreatment in pollen rate and mouldproof ability which also differed from trees harvested andfrom pollen maturity。KEY WORDS Masson pine(Pinus massoniana);Pollen;Harvesting technique;Pollenyield.
