社会资本与产业集群企业合作效率研究

A Research on Social Capital and Cooperative Efficiency of Industrial Cluster Enterprises

文章在综述学界对社会资本与集群企业合作效率存在的不同关系的研究成果基础上,从社会资本作为一种特殊资源可以降低交易双方交易费用的角度,运用博弈论模型论证了社会资本可以通过减少搜寻信息的成本、通过严厉惩罚机会主义行为,降低集群企业合作的交易费用,进而提升集群整体竞争优势,得出了社会资本是形成集群的合作效率以及由此增强集群竞争优势的主要动因的结论。

Based on literature review of studies on the different relationships between cooperative efficiency of social capital and cluster enterprises, and from the viewpoint that social capital as a kind of special resource can reduce trade cost, this paper uses game model to demonstrate that social capital can heighten the whole competition advantage of cluster enterprises by decreasing the cost of search information, punishing severely opportunistic behaviors and reducing trade costs of cooperation of cluster enterprises. Thus, it draws a conclusion that social capital is the major cause of increasing the cooperative efficiency and competitive advantage of cluster enterprises.
