A new definition of θ-compactness is presented in L-topological spaces by means of θ-open L-sets and their inequality,where L is a complete DeMorgan algebra. It can also be characterized by means of θ-closed L-sets and their inequality. When L is a completely distributive DeMorgan algebra, the luther characterizations of θ-compactness and are discussed.
