摘要
用自制的双-(6-氧-间羧基苯磺酰基)-β-环糊精衍生物填充柱(液固比为1%、2%),用苯作内标物,在不同的柱温条件下,对正己烷和环己烷的模拟样进行分离测定,分离结果达到实验教学的要求;同时与商品柱比较,能较大幅度地降低实验成本.
Hexane in simulative samples of Hexane and cyclohexane was determinated by GC of homemade packed column made up of β -cyclodextrain derivative( phase loading 1% and 2% ) at different column temperatures, benzene was internal standard. Separation results were achieved to experiment teaching objective . Simultaneously compared with commericial column, experiment costs could be a big drop.
