This paper has expound the basic conception of land and land planning at first, and pointed out that land planning has the characteristic of strategics, regionality, comprehensiveness, and phase. Secondly it has analysed conscientiously about the problem faced of land planning of new period. Finally it has discussed the basic content that land planning should include at present land.
