On the Unit Function of the Structural Realism Theory from Kenneth Waltz——Taking the European Union as the counterexample

两极格局的解体凸显出沃尔兹结构现实主义理论的"静态困境"。沃尔兹对单元功能的忽略是使结构现实主义理论陷入"静态困境"的主要原因之一。单元功能具有可转换性,其转换的条件之一是认同的力量,而其转换的后果则是排列原则的改变。

The Kenneth Waltz＇ s Structural Realism Theory encounters a ＂Static Dilemma＂ after the end of the Cold War. Through analyzing the inner logic of this theory, taking the European Union as the counterexample, using the induction and deduction methods, it came out the neglecting of the unit function was one of the main reasons for the ＂ Static Dilemma＂. Further more, the unit function was converting. One of its terms was the identification, and the result was the changing of the arrangement principle of the structure.
