阿托伐他汀联合厄贝沙坦对慢性充血性心力衰竭患者心功能和血清TNF-α、IL-1水平的影响

Affection of Heart Function and TNF-a,IL-1 Level on Chronic Congestive Heart Failure Combination Treated with A and E

目的观察阿托伐他汀联合厄贝沙坦对慢性充血性心力衰竭患者心功能和血清TNF-α、IL-1水平的影响。方法68例慢性充血性心力衰竭患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。对照组给予厄贝沙坦及常规治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用阿托伐他汀,疗程均为6个月。比较两组治疗前后心功能疗效及心脏彩超指标和血清TNF-α、IL-1水平的变化。结果治疗组6个月后心功能改善总有效率显著优于对照组(P<0.05);左心室射血分数(LVEF)、左室收缩末内径(LVSD)、左室舒张末内径(LVDD)和左室内径缩短率(FS)均较对照组有明显改善(P<0.01);血清TNF-α、IL-1水平较对照组显著下降(P<0.05)。结论阿托伐他汀联合厄贝沙坦治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭能显著改善患者的心功能,降低血清TNF-α、IL-1水平,疗效优于单加厄贝沙坦。

Objective To observe the affection of heart function （HF） and TNF-α,IL-1 level on chronic congestive heart failure （CCHF） combined treated A and E. 68 cases of such patient were divided into therapy group and control group. The control group was treated with E and therapy group was treated with A based on control group for 6 months as a course. The HF, ultrasound,TNF-α and IL-1 level were detected. Results The HF, LVEF, LVSD, LVDD and FS in therapy group were improved than those in control group P 〈 0.05. The level of TNF-α and IL-1 in therapy group was lower than control group P 〈 0.05. Conclusion The combination therapy of A and E might improve the HF and decrease level of TNF-α and IL-1 that better than E.
