31例儿童结核性脑膜炎死亡原因评价

Assessment of Death Reason of Children Tubercular Meningitis

目的分析儿童结核性脑膜炎死亡原因。方法对我院近几年死亡的儿童结脑病历31例进行回顾性分析。结果脑疝14例,占45.16%;中枢神经麻痹12例,占38.17%;慢性消耗、循环衰竭5例,占16.13%。结论儿童结脑早期临床症状及体征不典型,早期诊断率低是死亡原因之一。

Objective To analyze the death reason of children tubercular meningitis. Methods The clinical materials of 31 cases of such patient were analyzed retrospectively in recent years. Results There were 14 cases cerebral hernia, 12 cases of palsy of central nerve and 5 cases of chronic disease andcirculatory failure. Conclusion The early symptom of children TM was atypical. The low diagnosis rate might bethe reason of death.
