中西医结合治疗高血压病124例临床观察

Clinical Observation on Hypertension Treated with Combination of TCM and Western Medicine

目的观察高血压患者在服用西药β阻滞剂或利尿剂或钙阻滞剂的同时,结合针刺、电针、艾灸的临床疗效。方法对124例高血压患者服用β阻滞剂或利尿剂或钙阻滞剂的同时,结合针刺、电针、艾灸疗法进行观察。结果显效78例,占62.9%;有效36例,占29.0%;无效10例,占8.1%。总有效率为91.9%。结论针刺、电针、艾灸与西药β阻滞剂或利尿剂或钙阻滞剂相结合治疗高血压有显著的效果。

Objective To discuss the curative effect of combination treatment of with TCM and western medicine for hypertension. Methods 124 cases of such patient were treated with diuretics and B blockage combined with acupuncture, electric acupuncture and moxibustion. Results There were excellent effect in 78 cases, good effect in 36 cases and no effect in 10 cases. The total curative rate was 91.9%. Conclusion This combination therapy might treat the hypertension effectively.
