摘要
目的探讨超声引导下对胸壁肿物穿刺活检技术的应用价值。方法2006-01-11间，对24例胸壁肿物包括肺、胸膜和胸膜下病变行彩色超声引导下胸壁肿物穿刺活检术。结果胸壁结核13例、胸壁脓肿2例、转移癌3例、包裹性积液4例、胸膜间皮瘤2例。结论本方法安全、准确、简便，是胸壁肿物极有价值的诊断方法。
Objective To discuss the application value of puncture biopsy under guiding of ultrasound for chest wall tumor. Methods 24 eases of chest wall tumor including lung, pleural and subpleural tumor were underwent puncture biopsy guiding of ultrasound from January to November 2006. Results There were 13 eases of chest wall TB, 2 eases of abscess, 3 cases of metastasis tumor, 4 cases of wrapped fluid and 2 cases of celiothelioma. Conclusion This method might have important value to diagnose the chest wall tumor.
