牙冠延长术用于牙体缺损达龈下的疗效观察

Curative Observation on Crown Lengthening for Tooth Defect down to Gums

目的探讨牙冠延长术在治疗牙体缺损达龈下的患牙的意义。方法选择牙冠折断及龈下(≥3.0 mm)、牙体龋坏及龈下(≥3.0 mm),而使牙龈增生的病例40例50颗牙,行常规骨切除术及根向复位瓣术。结果术后40例病例均愈合良好,牙龈色泽正常,断端暴露。结论牙冠延长术的成功运用可允许并有利于修复治疗的开展,还可提高修复治疗的效果。

Objective To discuss the significance of crown lengthening for tooth defect down to gums. Methods 50 teeth of 40 cases with crown broken or teeth body carries down to gums （more than 3ram） were repaired with resection and valve replacement. Results All 40 cases had good recovered with normal color and good exposure. Conclusion The crown lengthening might be benefit for repair of tooth and improve the effect.
