在党的十七大胜利召开之后,我党明确提出在新时期推动社会主义文化大发展大繁荣,建设和谐文化,培育文明风尚,弘扬中华文化,建设中华民族共有精神家园,推进文化创新,增强文化发展活力,在中国特色社会主义的伟大实践中进行文化创造。为适应新的形势,工会应在新时期引导职工加强企业文化建设。

At the 17th Party Congress, the Party definitely called on us to propel the great development and prosperity of socialism culture during the new historical period, by constructing harmony culture, fostering civilized modes, carrying on Chinese culture, building up the shared spiritual garden of the Chinese nation, promoting cultural innovation, increasing the vigor for cultural progress, and launching the movement of cultural creation in the great socialist practice with Chinese characteristics. To respond to the new situation, the writer puts forward the idea that the Trade Union of Panggang Group Corporation is expected to ori- entate the staff towards enhancing the construction of enterprise culture.
