摘要
数据整合是实现信息资源共享的有效途径之一,能为数据挖掘、知识发现以及应用开发提供透明的数据访问服务。将虚拟数据库的技术应用到数据整合系统中,实现了异构数据源的集中管理和多数据源间的数据共享。系统通过分类包装数据源,统一数据源访问接口,实现了数据源的"即插即用"。根据领域划分知识,建立主题知识元数据模型解决了语义冲突和结构冲突。在"山西省科技基础条件平台建设"项目的示范工程中验证了系统的合理性,实现了专家信息资源共享,使资源得到有效利用与合理分布。
The data integration is regarded as one of the effective ways on information resource sharing and is used for the data mining, the knowledge discover as well as to provide the transparent data accessing service using the development. The data integration system based on the virtual database realizes management on metadata from various heterogeneous data source intensively and data sharing among multi-data source. The system uses classified packing data resource to unify the visit interface of data resource and to realize the data source "plug and play". Semantics conflict is resolved by knowledge division based on the domain and structure conflict is resolved by establishing the data model ofsubject knowledge source. The system is confirmed rationality under demonstration project "theShanxi Province science and technology foundation condition platform construction". Expert information resource sharing, rationalization distribution and effective utilization are realized.
