摘要
传统化工生产企业无法实时获取远程生产数据报表,而现有报表工具存在数据和格式之间耦合度高、难以修改维护、不能重用等缺点。为了克服这些缺点,以实际的科研项目为背景,将生产现场的各种数据通过信息网络系统进行集成,在对企业报表工作流程与企业生产报表的特点进行全面分析的基础上设计并开发完成了基于工作流和XML技术的生产数据报表系统。实践结果表明,该系统具有良好的稳定性、安全性、高效性、易扩展性。
The production data report can not be obtained on line by the managers in the traditional chemical plants and the present report tools have many disadvantages, such as the high coupling degree between data and format, hard to maintain and reuse. For solving these problems, the process data is integrated by the information network in the practical scientific research project and the workflow and characteristics of the enterprise report are analyzed in the round. The production data report system based on workflow and XML is designed and implemented. It is proved that this system has high stability, security, efficiency and expansibility in the practical project.
