HPLC法测定喘康胶囊中盐酸麻黄碱的含量

Determination of Ephedrine Hydrochloride in Chuankang Capsules by HPLC

目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定喘康胶囊中盐酸麻黄碱含量的方法。方法:色谱柱为Kromasil C_(18)(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-0.01 mol·ml^(-1)磷酸二氢钾溶液(磷酸调pH 2.5)(20∶80),流速为0.8 ml·min^(-1),检测波长为210 nm。结果:盐酸麻黄碱在2.7～27μg·ml^(-1)(r=0.999 9)范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率为99.4%,RSD为1.3%(n=6)。结论:方法简便、准确、重复性好,可作为喘康胶囊的含量测定方法。

Objective： To establish an HPLC method for determination the content of ephedrine hydrochloride in Chuankang cap- sules. Method： The Kromasil C18 column （250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm） was used, the mobile phase was methanol -0.01 mol·L-1 potassium dihydrogen phosphate buffer solution （20： 80）, the flow rate was 0.8 ml-min- 1, the detection wavelength was 2 10 nm. Result： The linear range of ephedrine hydroehloride was .2.7 - 27 μg· ml-1 （ r = 0. 999 9） , the average recovery was 99.4% with RSD = 1.3 % （n = 6）. Conelnsion： The method is simple, accurate with good reproducibility, it can be used for determination of ephedrine hydro- chloride in Chuankang capsules.
