摘要
目的:制备退热解毒灵颗粒剂并考察其质量稳定性。方法:采用喷雾干燥法制备退热解毒灵颗粒,用TLC法对组方中连翘、板蓝根、甘草进行定性鉴别。用HPLC法测定柴胡中柴胡皂苷α的含量。结果:退热解毒灵颗粒剂制备方法稳定、重现性好,定性、定量测定方法简便、灵敏、准确。结论:退热解毒灵颗粒剂制备工艺和质量控制方法可行。
Objective: To prepare Tuirejieduling granules and inspect its stability. Method: The fog spraying drying method was used to Prepare Tuirejieduling granules. The characters of forsythia, dyer's woad root and liquorice were distinguished by TLC. The content of saikosaponin α in radix bupleuri which was an primary composition in Tuirejieduling granules was determined by HPLC. Re- sult: The method of preparing Tuirejieduling granules has a high stablility and repeatitiveness. The methods of qualitative and quantitative analysis were convenient, sensitive and accurate. Conclusion: The methods are applicable for the quality control of the tuirejieduling graniles.
