退热解毒灵颗粒剂的制备和质量控制

Preparation and Quality Control for the Tuirejieduling Granules

目的:制备退热解毒灵颗粒剂并考察其质量稳定性。方法:采用喷雾干燥法制备退热解毒灵颗粒,用TLC法对组方中连翘、板蓝根、甘草进行定性鉴别。用HPLC法测定柴胡中柴胡皂苷α的含量。结果:退热解毒灵颗粒剂制备方法稳定、重现性好,定性、定量测定方法简便、灵敏、准确。结论:退热解毒灵颗粒剂制备工艺和质量控制方法可行。

Objective： To prepare Tuirejieduling granules and inspect its stability. Method： The fog spraying drying method was used to Prepare Tuirejieduling granules. The characters of forsythia, dyer＇s woad root and liquorice were distinguished by TLC. The content of saikosaponin α in radix bupleuri which was an primary composition in Tuirejieduling granules was determined by HPLC. Re- sult： The method of preparing Tuirejieduling granules has a high stablility and repeatitiveness. The methods of qualitative and quantitative analysis were convenient, sensitive and accurate. Conclusion： The methods are applicable for the quality control of the tuirejieduling graniles.
