Determination the Content of Icariin in Qianliehuichun Capsules by HPLC

目的:建立HPLC法测定前列回春胶囊中淫羊藿苷的含量。方法:用Diamonsil C_(18)色谱柱(200 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)。流动相:乙腈-水(26∶74),流速:1.0 ml·min^(-1),检测波长:270 nm。结果:淫羊藿苷在0.04～0.50μg范围内与峰面积线性关系良好,r=0.999 9。平均回收率为99.1%,RSD为1.0%(n=6)。结论:方法简便,结果准确,可用于前列回春胶囊的质量控制。

Objective： To establish an HPLC method for determination the content of icariin in Qianliehuichun capsules. Method： Diamonsil C18 column （200 mm ×4.6 mm,5 μm）was used, the mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-water（26： 74）. The flow rate was 1.0 ml. rain l. The detection wavelength was 270 nm. Result： The linear range of icariin was 0.04 - 0.50 μg, r = 0.999 9. The average recovery was 99.1% with RSD = 1.0% （ n= 6）. Conclusion： The method is simple and accurate , it can be used for quality control of Qianliehuichun capsules.
