摘要
目的:采用HPLC法测定鼻窦炎颗粒中的栀子苷。方法:色谱柱为Agilent ZORBAX SB-C_(18)(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为水-乙腈-磷酸(86∶14∶0.01),检测波长238 nm。流速1.0 ml·min^(-1),柱温30℃。结果:栀子苷浓度3.36~126μg·ml^(-1),与峰面积的线性关系良好(r=0.999 9),平均加样回收率98.09%,RSD=1.69%。结论:所建方法准确、重复性好,可用于测定鼻窦炎颗粒中的栀子苷。
Objective: To establish a method to determine the tetrahydropalmatine in Bidouyan granule. Method: Agilent ZORB- AX SB -C18 column (250 mm × 4.6 mm,5 μm) was used. The mobile phase was consisted of water-acetonitrile-phosphoric acid (86 : 14:0.01 ), with the flow rate of 1.0 ml ·min -1 and the detective wavelength at 238 nm. The column temperature was 30 ℃. Result: Within the range of 3.36 - 126.00 μg.ml -1, there was a good linear relationship between the concentration and peak area of tetrahydr- opalmatine (r =0.999 9). The average recovery was 98.09% with RSD of 1.69%. Conclusion. The method is accurate, reliable, reproducible and suitable for the determination of tetrahydropalmatinein in Bidouyan granules.
