坎地沙坦西酯治疗慢性心力衰竭40例

Candesartan Cilexetil on Treatment of 40 Cases with Chronic Heart Failure

目的:观察坎地沙坦西酯对慢性心力衰竭病人心功能的治疗作用。方法:选择慢性心力衰竭病人80例。随机分为两组,对照组使用依那普利、氢氯噻嗪及地高辛等;治疗组加用坎地沙坦西酯。对治疗前后两组间临床资料进行比较。结果:治疗组和对照组总有效率分别为87.5%、75%;两组比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗组心功能NYHA分级好转率优于对照组(P<0.05);左室舒张末期内径(LVDD)缩小(P<0.01),左室射血分数(LVEF)增加(P<0.05),比较有统计学意义,6 min步行试验治疗组距离明显长于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:用坎地沙坦西酯治疗慢性心力衰竭明显优于常规治疗.可显著改善心力衰竭病人临床症状。

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of Candesartan Cilexetil on chronic heart failure （CHF）. Method： Eighty pa- tients with chronic heart failure were divided into two groups randomly. The patients in controlled group were treated by enalapril, di- hydroehlorothiazidine and digoxinetc. The patients in treated group were treated by Candesartan Cilexetil on the base of routine therapy. Result： The total effective rate in treated group and controlled group was 87.5% and 75% respectively, the former was higher than that of the later（ P 〉 0.05 ） ; cardiac function improved obiviously in the treated group： LVDD decreased, LVEF increased significantly. There was significant diffrernce between two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The distance of walking test （ 6 min ） of treated group was obviously longer than the controlled group（ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion： Candesartan Cilexetil can improve the cardiac function and clinical symptoms of patients with chronic heart failure.
