摘要
RTG既有很好的机动灵活性一面,又有使用成本高的一面,降低其能源消耗是许多港口企业一直以来努力的方向。目前已经有了多种的RTG节能方式,都具有较好的节能效果。经与上海港口机械制造厂和GE公司进行探索和研究,最终选用了发动机随负荷变化而实时调速的节能控制技术,该控制技术已取得了明显的节能效果。
The Rubber Tired Gantry (RTG) can move flexibly, but its usage cost is high. So it is the trends for the port enterprises to reduce the power consumption. There are several power - saving models for the RTG. , which have achieved good results. This paper introduces a plan which has been adopted after discussion with Shanghai Port Machinery Plant and GE Company. In the plan the power - saving technology of the real - time adjustment of the engine followed the change of the load has been used, which has got good results.
