A Study on Heat Tolerance of Petunia hybrida Vilm

摘要 研究了清水和水杨酸处理矮牵牛种子在萌发阶段对高温耐性的变化;通过测定高温胁迫下矮牵牛苗期叶片的相对电导率、脯氨酸含量、可溶性蛋白含量、POD活性等4项生理生化指标,对3个品种进行了耐热性鉴定.结果表明:水杨酸可提高矮牵牛种子在38℃高温时的萌发活力;品种间的耐热性存在着明显的差异,上述4项指标是矮牵牛幼苗耐热性鉴定的敏感指标. Changes in heat-tolerance of Petunia hybrida Vilm in the germination stage when the seeds were treated with water or salicylic acid were studied. Seedlings of ten herbaceous flower cultivars were treated with high temperature. Heat tolerance of 3 cultivars under high temperature stress were studied by determination their relative electronic conduction rate, proline content, soluble protein content and peroxidase activity. The results showed that salicylic acid treatment improved the germination ability of P. hybrida Vilm seeds at high temperature (38 ℃). The difference in heat-tolerance between the cultivars was significant, and the four indices mentioned above were sensitive indicators for heat-tolerance Of P. hybrida Vilm.
