海洛因成瘾者吸毒动机与成瘾行为的相关研究

Correlation Analyses of the Drug Abuse Motivation of Heroin Addicts and Their Addiction Behavior

采用自编的吸毒动机问卷和成瘾行为调查表,调查了重庆地区675名海洛因成瘾者,分析吸毒动机与成瘾行为之间的相关,探讨吸毒动机对成瘾行为的影响.结果表明:①成瘾行为状况分析中,本次戒毒前用药量与初次吸毒用药量存在显著性差异,本次戒毒前用药量显著高于初次吸毒用药量;②海洛因依赖者吸毒动机与成瘾行为相关分析中,吸毒动机各维度与成瘾行为存在着较高的相关;③使用逐步回归分析研究吸毒动机的各个维度对成瘾行为的影响,结果身体症状维度进入了用药量的回归方程;同样,高感觉寻求维度分别进入了用药费用、对毒品的态度、手头有毒时反应的回归方程.

Six hundred and seventy-five heroin addicts in Chongqing were asked to answer a questionnaire, which contained drug abuse motivation and some questions concerning addiction behavior, to analyze the correlation between heroin addicts＇ drug abuse motivation and their addiction behavior and study how addiction motivation influenced addiction behavior. The results showed that the drug dosage before ＂abstaining from drug＂ was significantly different from the initial drug dosage, the former being significantly higher than the latter and that drug abuse motivation was significantly correlated with addiction behavior. Stepwise regression analysis of various dimensions of drug abuse motivation showed that physical symptoms entered the regression equation and high-sensation seeking dimensions entered the regression equations of cost of drug, attitude of drug and reaction of drug on hand.
