摘要
以数理统计学为基础,运用尺寸链原理,推导了大型复杂海洋结构物重量及重心位置的精度控制计算公式,并给出了设计阶段重心计算的简化公式.以该系列公式为基础,根据每月从车间及各专业返回的零部件的重量重心真实值,精度管理者可以计算整个结构的重量重心及其误差,并判断误差是否满足公差要求,进而决定下一步建造中结构零部件的容许误差.因此运用该方法,精度管理者可直观地把握大型复杂海洋结构物的重量及重心位置随建造过程的变化情况.
A mathematical method is deduced by which the weight and the centre of gravity of a complicated marine structure can be managed effectively, based on the mathematic theory of statistics and the principle of size chain. And the predigest expression calculating the centre of gravity was offered during design. Based on the expressions, every month the administrator of the accuracy of the structure will calculate the weight and the centre of gravity of hull production in accordance with the actual data of its parts from workshops and specialties, judge its errors in tolerances and decide tolerance distribution of its weight and center of gravity. Then the administrator visuhlly grasps the accuracy management of its weight and centre of gravity with manufacturing.
