摘要
由于中小企业自身内部因素的限制和国家经济政策等外部因素的影响,使其在发展中存在着目标短期化、财务制度缺失、融资困难、投资缺乏科学性等诸多问题。这些问题可通过优化融资环境,加强财务控制,增强风险意识,正确进行投资决策,优化财务结构等措施来解决。
Because the intemal limit of middle and small enterprises and the external factors of country＇s economic policies, middle and small enterprises have many problems such as short-term aims, lack of financial management systems and scientific investment etc. These problems can be solved by improve investment environment, strengthen financial control, enhance risk awareness etc.
