低频振荡广域监控研究现状及新进展 被引量:7

摘要 随着电网互联工程的不断进行,低频振荡问题日渐凸现,成为限制跨区功率输送的瓶颈而科学技术的发展将广域测量系统(Wide Area Measurement System,WAMS)引入到电力生产过程中,给电力系统低频振荡监测带来了新契机。为促进该技术的应用,提高电网供电可靠性,总结了国内外基于广域测量系统的低频振荡监测和控制研究的现有成果,主要包括在线监测和阻尼控制两个方面;并且提出了这一领域未来的研究方向和需要解决的问题,包括研究一套系统的行之有效的在线监测算法,最优反馈信号的选择,广域阻尼反馈控制器的设计,消除广域反馈信号传输过程中积累的时滞对控制效果的影响四大问题。 With the application of nation-wide power grid interconnection and China's power transmission from the West to the East, a national hybrid AC/DC power grid will be formed in the future. This will bring some technical problems, such as low frequency oscillation which has been the bottleneck of improving the power transmission. With the progress of the wide area measurement system (WAMS) technology, new chance is gotten to improve the control of modern power system. This paper summarizes the progress of research on this field, including on line monitoring, damper control; and summarizes the opinions about the future works, including an effective system algorithm of on line monitoring, choice of optimal feedback signals, wide-area damping feedback controller design and e liminating the effects of WAN feedback signal transmission accumulated in the course of the delay in controlling.
