盐酸头孢卡品匹酯片治疗下呼吸道感染临床疗效观察

A randomized controlled clinical study of cefcapene pivoxil hydrochloride in the treatment of lower respiratory tract infections

目的:评价国产盐酸头孢卡品匹酯片治疗下呼吸道感染的疗效和安全性。方法:28例下呼吸道感染患者随机分为2组,盐酸头孢卡品匹酯片试验组14例,头孢泊肟匹酯片对照组14例。观察并评价药物的临床疗效及其安全性。结果:试验组总有效率为100.00%,细菌清除率为91.67%,与对照组比较疗效相似(P>0.05)。盐酸头孢卡品匹酯治疗下呼吸道感染不良反应少。结论:盐酸头孢卡品匹酯治疗下呼吸道感染,疗效显著,细菌清除率高,不良反应轻微,安全性好。

OBJECTIVE To evaluated the efficacy and safety of cefcapene pivoxil hydrochloride in patients with lower respiratory tract infection, METHODS In this andomized, comparative study, 28 patients diagnosed as lower respiratory tract infection were treated with either cefcapene pivoxil hydrochloride or cefpodoxime. Clinical efficacy and safety of cefcapene pivoxil hydrochloride versus cefpodoxime were compared. RESULTS Clinical response rates of 100. 00% and bacteria eradication rates of 91.67% were observed in cefcapene pivoxil hydrochloride group, there were not significant differences compar＇mg to the cefpodoxime groups（P〉0. 05）. cefcapene pivoxil hydrochloride were well tolerated with only mild adverse occasionally. CONCLUSION Cefcapene pivoxil hydrochloride is effective in the treatment of patients with lower respiratory tract infections with high capability of bacteria eradication. The adverse effects are mild and well-tolerated.
