头孢硫脒、头孢呋辛治疗小儿葡萄球菌败血症的疗效比较

The efficacy comparison of cefathiamidine and cefuroxime for treating childrens septicemia caused by staphylococcus

目的:比较静脉滴注头孢硫脒、头孢呋辛治疗小儿葡萄球菌败血症的疗效。方法:对我院2004-2006年确诊为葡萄球菌败血症的84例患儿,进行药效学、药物经济学的回顾性分析。结果:头孢硫脒组、头孢呋辛组的疗效无显著性差异,头孢硫脒组有效率为94.59%,头孢呋辛组有效率为93.62%。结论:从治疗成本分析,头孢呋辛治疗小儿葡萄球菌败血症经济上优于头孢硫脒。

OBJECTIVE To compare the efficacy of intravenous dripping of cefathiamidine and cefuroxime for treating children＇s septicemia caused by Staphylococcus. METHODS The 84 children patients in our hospital which got septicemia caused by Staphylococcus during 2004 - 2006 were analyzed retrospectively by using pharmacodynamic and pharmaceutical economics. RESULTS There is no significant differences between the two treatment group. The effective rate of the group treated by cefathiamidine was 94. 59% ,and the effective rate of the group treated by cefuroxime was 93. 62%. CONCLUSION The cost of treating children＇s septicemia caused by Staphylococcus with cefuroxime is lower than cefathiamidine.
