基于SIMATIC的CSTR控制系统实现

摘要 本文以多功能过程和实验系统(MPCE)中的连续搅拌(CSTR)反应过程为对象,针对控制要求,设计了系统的控制方案。该方案除了应用常规PID控制外,还融合了先进控制算法,如对组分的基于T-S模糊模型的预测控制,针对温度的自适应模糊控制。同时,在SIMATICPCS7和WinCC上进行了工程实现,探讨了PCS7过程控制系统产品上实施先进控制的方法。运行结果表明,控制系统切换方便,安全性、有效性和可行性较好,具有良好的控制性能。 In this paper , control system scheme aimed at a series of practical control requests for continuous stirred tank reactor(CSTR) of multifunction process and control system has been designed. In the control scheme we not only apply conventional PID control strategies, but also use advanced control methods, such as predictive control based of T-S fuzzy model for component control, and adaptive fuzzy control for temperature control. Meanwhile, engineering implement has been carried out on SIMATIC PCS7 and WinCC. We also discuss realization of advanced control strategies based on PCS7. The experiment results show that this control sys-tem has good control effect, security and feasibility.
